Teen Counseling
For Adolescents Ages 12–18
We meet one-on-one in person in Denver or virtually anywhere in Colorado and work through what’s actually going on. That might be anxiety that won’t quit, an identity that feels shaky, a family situation that’s hard, burnout that’s been building for years, or depression that’s making everything feel flat.
Sessions pull from CBT, MI and strengths-based coaching depending on what each teen needs. The goal isn’t just to feel better in the moment —it’s to understand yourself better and build skills that actually stick.

Parent Consultations
For parents who want to understand and support their teen
Parenting a teenager is its own kind of hard. These sessions are just for you a space to process what you’re observing, get guidance on how to respond, and figure out how to stay connected to your kid in a genuine way.
Parent consultations can be a standalone service or run alongside your teen’s individual sessions.
$145 per session

Family Sessions
For families ready to work on things together
Sometimes the most important conversations need to happen in the same room. Family sessions bring teens and parents together to improve communication, work through conflict, and get on the same page. I facilitate, so it doesn’t turn into the same argument you’ve already had at home.
Family sessions work best as a complement to individual teen work, though they can also serve as a starting point.
